Groupwork & Team Work Part 2
To continue the work that you started in Semester 1 I have below the PowerPoint that I showed you in class showing you the feedback on your designs. I would like to try creating an online workspace where you can discuss your thoughts and ideas on the display Cabinet. You can ask me or each other questions and everyone can see the answers. I will use "Slack" for this and will email an invite to each of you. #display-cabinet is the name of the channel. 
I would like each of you to view the PP again and come up with 3 PMI for the Cabinet shown (remember at this stage it is the shape/outline only) by Wednesday 31st January.

Mark sent me this photo he said that this is how he envisioned the top floor corridor to look at times with Seating and Cabinets sharing the space. He asked that I show you this.
The seating could be shorter with the cabinets in between them.   

Groupwork & Teamwork. 

A big part of this coursework is assessing how you work as part of a team, being able to operate as part of a team is an attribute that many employers seek.  


The wordle opposite shows many important words associated with Team work.  


Some rules to assist you in making your group-work more successful are set out below.

Rules agreed by each team

1   Everyone should contribute and take turns to speak.

2   All ideas should be shared and considered.

3   Ideas should be justified with reasons.

4   Challenges are encouraged but students must disagree with the point, not the person.

5   Try to reach agreement, don’t just agree to differ.

6   Everyone should do their equal share.

7   Good communication is crucial.
